"Neil did a walk-thru(on his own) at our new house and pointed out some items that the builder needed to fix. He did this prior to the official walk-thru with the builder which was very helpful and very much appreciated!"

I was introduced to Neil, of The Mathias Team of Cutler Real Estate, by chance. We are first time home buyers, and we were living out of Ohio. I found a home which matched our style, and I immediately reached out and introduced myself to the agent listing. Our encounter there was exactly what my husband and I needed.
