I am a senior & a widow. My present home has become too much for me to maintain. I just purchased a smaller condo & the entire process went extremely smoothly. I give all the credit to the Mathias Team of realtors. The Mathias team helped & supported me through the entire process. The home I am selling was photographed beautifully & the brochures & on line video made my condo a show place. I had ten showings in three days & received two offers. The Mathias Team found me a new home & sold my current home. I would highly recommend the Mathias Team to sell or find you the perfect home. They all did an outstanding job understanding my wants & needs & answered every question I had. I am looking forward to the next chapter of my life in my new home.
