Neil Mathias

My wife and I were first time home buyers, and we probably would not have the beautiful home we live in now without Neil. We started our home search during this extreme seller's market, but Neil helped us navigate it confidently. He is an out-of-box thinker, and he was able to make our offer stand out when there were 20+ others. What we were most happy with was Neil's willingness to go above and beyond to build relationships with the sellers' agents to make sure all their questions about our offers were answered.
